Q. Why are you so inexpensive? Are your photos inferior to the higher priced photographers?
A. Our work is by no means inferior. The price is a reflection of low overhead and cost control. All our business dealings are based on fairness & honesty, including the price.

Q. Are the photographs on your website's retouched?
A. No. These photographs were scanned from film and the colour was adjusted. That's all. The actual prints still look much better than these computer images.

Q. Is there any chance that you will attempt to direct our wedding ?
A. Absolutely not! We merely offer great advice and assist in whatever way is appropriate and desired by you. This is part of what we mean by "accommodating." However we will move very quickly so that you and your guests are not kept waiting around needlessly.

Q. Do you allow others to take video and photographs while you work?
A. Yes, as long as it is not delaying proceedings too much. We even try to not get in anyone else's way. If another photographer is in our way, we will politely ask them to momentarily move.

Q. How long after the wedding does it take to get our album?
A. We usually have wedding albums ready in 48 working hours or call us when you return from your honeymoon - your album will be waiting for you.

Q. Who chooses my enlargements?
A. You do. We'll give you simple instructions on how to order your reprints. Reprint orders usually take about two weeks, a little longer in December.


Q. Do we get to choose what photographs go in our wedding album ?
A. No, because we give you ALL the wedding photographs that are taken in your wedding album with the exception of "doubles" or "spoilt" shots.

Q. What is the best way to reserve one of you for my wedding ?
A. Please call us at 078996 53591 or (029) 20619777 to check for availability. Our policy is this: the first deposit we accept will reserve the date and time. Popular days (like Saturday) go quickly, so promptness is important.
